"Hope: Why I refuse to give up" - Hank Henley

Hank Henley

Travel the world, and experience life. Hope can be found in all corners and all walks of life. If you seek to find hope, you will always find it. Don’t spend your energy seeking despair, for you shall become what you seek. Pursue hope and live a life of peace, love, and harmony.

Who are you?

Hank, freelance photographer...humanitarian photography, headshot artist.

What does hope mean to you?

Hope is a knowledge that everything is impermanent and can improve.

Why do you refuse to give up hope?

In my 67 years, I have seen a lot of tragedy and victories. Hope moves you from the former to the latter.

What is one piece of advice you would give to those that are struggling to hold on to their hope?

Meditate on impermanence. There is suffering. There is a cause for suffering. There is an end to suffering. There is a road to releasing suffering. (The Four Noble Truths)
